  Trainer and Certified USA Boxing Instructor, Randy Khatami is the head trainer and owner of KO Boxing Club. Randy has competed in USA amateur boxing and the California golden gloves. In addition, Randy is a certified personal trainer, certified by Teague Fitness Institute in Agoura Hills, Ca. Randy has trained with Gerald Teague, certified boxing coach and owner of Teague’s Fitness Institute, NHB fighter, Amir Rahnavardi, and UFC heavy weight champion/Three time Pancrase Champion, Bas Rutten. Randy welcomes new fighters of all ages to the gym. Currently, Randy’s youngest Champion is nine years old (see video clips of Conner Dunn).

  Boxing is a superior workout along with developing a valuable skill/self defense. A boxing workout is the perfect combination of cardiovascular and muscle training. You'll burn more calories, build more stamina, develop and tone more muscle in a boxing workout than you will with any other training method. You will learn heavybag, speedbag, double end bag, punching, shadow boxing, focus mitts, rope skipping, medicine ball, footwork exercises, ab conditioning, sparring, and other interval training techniques.
